Mitch brings over 20 years of federal experience, including 12 years with the Department of Veterans Affairs and 5 years as a Navy Civil Engineer Corps Officer. He previously led a $5.6B capital portfolio at the VA and helped grow a federal contracting division by 120% as a private sector executive. Now, through TrueNorth, he is committed to building a values-driven company that empowers federal clients and honors the Veteran-led service mindset.
