Deep knowledge of federal policies, governance, and small business utilization (SDVOSB-focused)
Owner’s rep services for vertical construction and major capital projects
Design, construction, and post-construction phase coordination
QA/QC inspections, punch list development, and field reporting
Facilities condition assessments and lifecycle cost modeling
Interface management between designers, contractors, and federal stakeholders
Experience with O&M transitions, commissioning oversight, and federal compliance standards (VA, UFC, NFPA, etc.)
